• Complete a Parent/Guardian Registration. Complete this form only once and then go to the Student Registration form to sign up for classes. Once your form is submitted, only complete a new form if you need to change your address, phone, etc.

• Complete one Student Registration form for each student and select their classes. Once completed, you will be directed back here to select and add your class(es) to the Cart. You may select more than one class on each form. Future registrations will only require a Student Registration form.
