☀️YPPC Camp Counselor☀️

YPPC provides the opportunity for anyone who wants to be a part of putting on a show on-stage to have that experience.

And Summer Camp at YPPC is just the place for Young People to learn all aspects of putting on a show, through technical activities, rehearsal, and performance.

No matter age, experience, role, race, religion, nationality, orientation, identity, affiliation, status, ability, or place on the spectrum, ALL are equals at YPPC.

Responsibilities and expectations:

  • Our Counselors will help oversee and occupy campers when the Directors are working with other campers.

  • We are looking for applicants who enjoy working with kids in a creative environment.

  • We are looking for Leadership, Initiative, and a Positive Attitude

  • You will lead activities such as making props, playing theatre games, organizing parts of the production, as well as facilitating Quiet Time, and helping ensure camper safety and proper behavior.

  • Weather permitting, we will leave the campus for lunch daily.

  • Counselors attend camp days as well as performances (see dates and schedules on the application below)

  • We are looking for applicants who have experience overseeing kids - Theatre Kids can be rambunctious, so counselors will be empowered to give kids direction.

YPPC is an awesome place to watch kids grow and expand their confidence and ability.

Come be a part of this amazing experience!
