Would your student like to volunteer to work stage/lighting/costume crew for upcoming performances? (Optional) You can sign up for either or both. **YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND DRESS REHEARSAL AND BOTH PERFORMANCES. Required
Have you previously registered your child for a class/camp at YPPC?
We teach and practice safety protocols at YPPC. In the event your child becomes ill or is injured during class and you are not reachable, please let us know which treatments you approve of. Please check all that apply Required

We do our best to accommodate students with special needs, however we are not formally trained in this area. We ask that parents of children with significant social, behavioral, or developmental challenges be on the premises during class. Or even better, become a class assistant.
